Standardized Production Documentation:
•Every product has a locked production specification sheet: exact material grade, tube diameter, wall thickness, base geometry, and finish parameters
•No deviation from spec sheet without written customer approval
•Spec sheets archived per order and referenced for repeat production runs
Process Controls for Consistency:
•Single production run per batch: same material batch, same machine setup, same operator team for the entire order — eliminates intra-batch variation
•Powder coating and electroplating performed in continuous batch runs, not split across sessions — ensures uniform color and finish depth
•Welding parameters (current, voltage, wire feed rate) locked per product type and monitored per shift
Color & Finish Consistency:
•Pantone reference card maintained per custom color — used as visual standard at coating line
•First-off sample at start of each coating batch compared against reference under D65 lighting
•Mid-batch and end-batch color pull tests verify no drift across the run
•Electroplating thickness measured per batch with minimum 3 sample points per 200 units
Dimensional Consistency:
•Key dimensions (height, base diameter, column diameter) measured on minimum 5% of units per batch
•Any unit exceeding ±2mm tolerance from spec is flagged and corrected before packaging
•Full dimensional report available per batch upon request
