An international architectural design firm with 80 designers in Shanghai planned to transform a former industrial factory into its headquarters. They needed 80 ergonomic workstations blending industrial aesthetics. Initially, they sought only a single-project custom solution.
However, AEONTI recognized that the structural design, proportions, and style had broad commercial potential—suitable not only for this firm but also for other creative offices. We proactively upgraded the project into a joint product development, transforming the custom solution into a standardized product platform ready for mass production.

AEONTI's engineering team worked closely with the firm's designers to develop a cast-iron cross-base height-adjustable leg system with modular interfaces, adaptable to various tabletop sizes and materials
Mold-based Production:
Key structural components were molded for precision casting, ensuring consistent quality and significantly reducing per-unit costs, suitable for large-volume manufacturing
Scalable Product Line:
Based on this custom design, AEONTI launched the "Designer Series" product line, offering three standard sizes (1500×750, 1800×900, 2000×1000) and five finish options to meet diverse customer needs
Supply Chain Optimization:
The product was designed with bulk packaging, logistics, and easy installation in mind—legs and tabletops are packed separately, enabling flat-pack shipping to reduce warehousing and transportation costs
This approach turned a one-off custom project into a standardized product series available for wholesale distributors, contractors, and furniture manufacturers.
