The Challenge
A European furniture brand with a reputation for contemporary design wanted to launch a new dining table collection. Their design team had developed a concept featuring an aluminum table leg with a distinctive geometric profile—elegant, lightweight, and structurally ambitious.
The challenge: finding a manufacturer who could turn the concept into reality. The design required complex extrusion profiles, precise machining, and a specialized anodized finish. Several manufacturers had declined, citing technical difficulty.
"We had a beautiful design on paper," the brand's product development director said. "But we couldn't find anyone who could actually make it to our quality standards."
The Solution

The development cycle included rapid prototyping, structural testing, and finish sampling before full production.

Best-selling status: The collection became the brand's top-selling dining line
Zero structural issues: No returns or complaints related to table leg integrity
Exclusive design: The finish and profile remain exclusive to the brand
Ongoing partnership: The brand has since developed two additional collections with AEONTI
